Healthy Hot Drinks: Your Winter Essentials

The evenings are very quickly drawing in and with October just around the corner (yes, we can’t believe it either!) it feels like winter is really coming at us in full force. And with winter tends to come the inevitable cravings for warm, comforting food and drink which let’s face it, really isn’t the healthiest compared to our salad and cold pressed juice cravings over the warmer months.

But there’s just something so satisfying and nostalgic about cosying up with a hot drink on a cold night and we’re big advocates of not having to miss out on something just because you care about your health. These easy recipes have been tried and tested so many times that they really are fool-proof - our winter essentials!
