The Ultimate Christmas Presents for Health Foodies

It’s December, cranberries are our seasonal ingredient of the week and yesterday was the beginning of a month long excuse to eat chocolate everyday - it’s officially time to get excited about Christmas! In case it wasn’t clear already, we’re big fans of Christmas, and after spending the last month perfecting our Christmas menu, we’re so excited to finally get to share it with everyone. We’ve also been busy preparing a whole host of festive fun including recipes, Christmas decoration guides and healthy cocktails for December so be sure to check in regularly! We also have our healthy christmas box on the menu every Friday throughout December, and call me bias but it may just be the best festive food I’ve ever tasted.

First things first though, it’s time to start the christmas shopping. It’s all well and good getting carried away planning the Christmas dinner and whether to have nordic themed or traditional decorations this year, but if there’s no presents under the tree then people are going to notice - no matter how nice the baubles are.

To help you on your way, we’ve put together a list of our ultimate christmas presents for the health foodie in your life. Or, just do as we have and title the list ‘What I want for Christmas’ instead and send it on to your friends and family, just a subtle hint doesn’t hurt right?

Booja Booja Almond + Sea Salt Caramel Truffles, £3.99

Gluten, dairy and soy free with organic raw cane sugar to sweeten (heck it’s christmas right) and possibly the most delicious truffles we’ve tried. Tested and approved as a much coveted present for the non-health foodies in your life too.

Conscious Chocolate Cranberry & Vodka Kiss bar, £3

Gluten, dairy and soy free, sweetened with rice malt syrup, conscious chocolate are by far our favourite on the market. The new vodka and cranberry kiss flavour literally tastes like merry, festive cheer wrapped up into one delicious chocolate bar.

Positivitea Blends, £5.50 per box

Everyone has the tea-obsessed friend and positivitea are by far our favourite brand. Based around restoring balance to your chakra’s, it’s the ideal present to help restore a little balance and calm amidst the Christmas rush.

The cheaper must-have gadget right now is a slow cooker - perfect for boiling up your own gut-healing bone broth or hassle free winter stews. Oh and did we mention your kitchen will smell amazing and your dinner will be cooked when you get home from work?

SeaSoul & Snow Kale Sweat top, £40

Obviously everybody needs to know about your love for kale and what better way then to brandish if across your clothing? The perfect quirky jumper.

Hey! Holla ‘DROP IT LIKE A SQUAT’ gym bag, £18

So everyone knows you love kale from your jumper, now we need to let the world know that you squat too. Ideally sized for carrying your life round with you (as all gym-goers know is a daily activity) and such fun, quirky bags, and gym/yoga goer would be happy to find one of these under the tree.
