CREAMY AVOCADO MOUSSE
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large, ripe avocados
- 1 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- juice if 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve! (Best if used within 24hrs)

PERFECT WITH SALADS, ON TOAST, WITH ANYTHING ‘BRUNCH’ OR HEAPED ON TOP OF BLACK BEANS AND ROAST SWEET POTATO!
