Recipe: Creamy Avocado Mousse

CREAMY AVOCADO MOUSSE   

Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

- 2 large, ripe avocados
- 1 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- juice if 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve! (Best if used within 24hrs)
