Seasonal Ingredient of the Week: Blueberries
Whilst the phrase ‘natures candy’ always makes us cringe a little, there’s admittedly no better way to describe a good punnet of blueberries. Once we hit spring, blueberries become our staple desk snack, as well as a freezer essential. They’re a smoothie hero (especially from frozen) and a breakfast essential, lending a hit of sweetness to everything from porridge to pancakes. Heck, they even bode well in salads. Whilst we try not to have favourites, these are definitely our berry season favourite.
