When it comes to investing in high quality ingredients, there’s a million arguments in favour - from your health to the environment, but in terms of flavour, there’s two where quality really shines; tomatoes and garlic. It’s no secret that garlic is a one stop shop to great dining but taking the time to get the good stuff makes all the difference. We’ve been using wet garlic recently (fresh garlic that hasn’t been hung up to dry) and as we reach the end of seasonality, we’re sharing a few of our favourite garlic recipes below.
