Is it really summer until you've had your first watermelon of the year? We think not. With every other store selling row after row of watermelon on the way home, our evening ritual of post-dinner watermelon is becoming a summer staple. And rightly so, they're hydrating (92% water content to be specific) and packed with vitamins including Vitamin C + Vitamin A which work wonders for your skin and hair amid summer. Up your watermelon game by popping it in the freezer 'ice lolly style', blending it into a Margarita or trying one the the amazing recipes below.
