Pollen + Grace products are designed with health, nutrition and your wellbeing at the forefront of every decision we make.

We believe that food should be combined mindfully to enhance the nutritional capability of our meals, and we work closely with our naturopath to ensure our products are well rounded, whole meals rooted in nutrition, then crafted based on taste.

Our nutrition values:

1/ FOOD IS MEDICINE 

We believe in stripping it back to the basics - using real, fresh ingredients combined with thought to create a nutritionally balanced and complete meal. Nature is our pharmacy, and we believe in providing your body with everything it needs to be happy and healthy through nutritional, natural food.

4/ TASTE TAKES PRIORITY

We believe in wholesome, natural ingredients, but we also believe in taste and flavour. Whilst our products are created to be nutritionally dense, taste testing, flavour profiling and creating a product to get excited about lead the way during the design process.  

2/ ENHANCING OVER RESTRICTING

'Diets' focus on the idea of cutting food out and restricting - which is neither a healthy mentality or enjoyable. We believe you should gain from your choices and that your mind and body should be happy. Which is why we choose ingredients that replenish, elevate and boost and leave out the ones that don't. 

5/ QUALITY SHOULD NEVER BE SACRIFICED

We strive for quality in all of our ingredients because your body deserves no less. We don't take short cuts, we use interesting ingredients (even if they are more expensive) and we make everything from our nut milk to our hummus from scratch.  Because we care, because it tastes better, and because quality is our top priority.   

3/ EAT THE RAINBOW

To us, colour is important - and for much more than just appearance. Every colour is packed in different types of nutrients that are all fundamentally important to our health - the more colours, the more nutrients. Which is why we pack our products with colour to offer a varied and complex array of benefits.

6/ FOOD SHOULD BE ENJOYED 

Stressing about what you're eating takes away from the enjoyment of the food, and if you're not relaxed then your digestion won't be either. By using an ingredients list you understand, and foods we are happy to put in our bodies, we hope to provide an option everyone can feel confident and happy eating.
