Our meals  are designed with health, nutrition and your wellbeing at the forefront of every decision we make.

We believe that food should be combined mindfully to enhance the nutritional capability of our meals, and we work closely with our naturopath to ensure our products are well rounded, whole meals rooted in nutrition, then crafted based on taste.

THE BRAINS BEHIND IT 

The Pollen + Grace nutrition principles were first cemented by our founder Stephanie Johnson, taking influence from her previous culinary training. We then introduced our in-house naturopath Anastasia to the team, who has trained as a Naturopath and Shiatsu Practitioner as well as studying Herbalism, Nutrition and Chinese Medicine. These combined viewpoints have created our current nutrition principles. Using these as a basis, we then take inspiration from everything from the latest microbiome research to stalls at our local farmers market to create exciting products lead by nutrition.
