Our approach to nutrition

We strive to make food that makes you feel good, and we believe natural, fresh meals, made from real, whole food ingredients is key to this.

We use plant-based, nutrient-rich ingredients, and we use lots of them – in fact every meal we make includes at least 12 different plant ingredients*. Rather than focusing on just one nutrition goal, our meals provide plant diversity so you get the benefits of so many different vitamins and minerals. Not only does this mean delicious, diverse flavour but we believe it’s the best way to improve overall health and truly feel your best.

We don’t use any animal products, and never will. We champion plant foods and believe eating plant-based is key to our health and the future health of our planet.

We focus on getting a diverse variety of veg, pulses and whole grains into our meals for a complete approach to nutrition – every meal we make includes at least 16 different whole food ingredients.

plant ingredient?

A plant ingredient is defined as any variety of plant, so anything that is grown naturally! This includes seeds, nuts, herbs, spices, grains, pulses, fruit and veg - ingredients we use in abundance in our meals.

Leading nutritionists recommend eating 30 plant foods a week, for better overall health and improved gut health. We calculate these for our meals using our ‘plant points’ process.

Fresh really does mean fresh when it comes to our food. No artificial ingredients, no preservatives, no compromises. We cook everything in-house so we know exactly what’s going into our meals.
